May - December bankruptcy management of proceeds derived from the
sale of the assets of CyberCash, Inc. and the liquidation
of the residual assets retained by CYCH, Inc.

product , sales, and engineering in development of
business models and requirements documents for
electronic payment services and products for Internet
Intranet commerce.
