2002 - present     Roberts Mardula & Wertheim, LLC.  Represent clients
                              in all aspects of patent and trademark procurement
                              from initial disclosure to issuance of patent; provide
                              guidance regarding intellectual property protection
                              and licensing.

2001                     General Counsel, CYCH, Inc.  Assisted with the post-
May - December   bankruptcy management of proceeds derived from the
                              sale of the assets of CyberCash, Inc. and the liquidation
                              of the residual assets retained by CYCH, Inc.

1995 - 2001        Associate General Counsel, CyberCash, Inc.  Assisted
                              product , sales, and engineering in development of
                              business models and requirements documents for
                              electronic payment services and products for Internet
                              Intranet commerce.

                              Manage patent program, development of software
                              licenses and service agreements for electronic payment
                              products, and negotiated licenses and service
                              agreements with credit card processors, financial 
                              institutions, and merchants.

1983 - 1994        Assistant General Counsel, GTE Spacenet.  Drafted and
                              negotiated commercial agreements for satellite 
                              transponder services.  Developed protection scheme
                              model for diverse fleet of satellites. 

1978 - 1983        Assistant General Counsel, Martin Marietta.  Advised 
                              various internal clients on environmental matters.  
                              Drafted and negotiated contracts for various commercial
                              divisions.
