After aggressively marketing our client’s intellectual property, Marbury Law then handles all other matters including licensing and/or outright sale of the intellectual property. Keeping this in mind, the firm has conducted public auctions and other modes of sales and licensing. Additionally, we have many years of experience and expertise in negotiating and drafting license agreements for both domestic and foreign entities.
